Pay Membership Dues
- There is a $90 team fee in addition to the $10 activities fee charged by the School District. Both payments are made via Skyward. Fees are added to Skyward once the student has confirmed their intention to join the team by filling out the form in the first check list item. |

Complete PHS Random Drug Testing Form
- Obtain from PHS Office and turn in to PHS Office |
